Petunia Juss of the Nightshade Family

Location: Tropical and Warm Regions of North America, Central America and South America
The highlands and drylands of the Americas grow a beautiful flower known as Petunia throughout tropical temperatures. It is especially plentiful in Ecuador. The various species are employed differently among the various cultures and tribes of Indians. They grow flowers of beautiful colors and are easily spotted. Some are purple, others are white, some are red, and even more are combinations of colors.
Depending upon the species, Petunias may provide different effects. Some of the most powerful include strong hallucinations, especially breeds in Ecuador which are referred to as Shanin. It can create intoxicating effects, visual and audible hallucinations and feelings of leaving one’s body. Some report experiencing a sort of levitation, a feeling of flying through the air.
